THE GUIDANCE

Students at the Inter level are in a confused state with physical, emotional and psychological changes adding to their growth. We at NEW ERA, having understood this, have a counselling guidance cell. The members here interact with students, find out their problems, if any and counsel them. Thus a pressure free environment is created, making learning a pleasure-filled exercise.

INTERACTION

Parent, Student and Teacher can pave way for a student’s success. NEW ERA believes that parent’s role is pivotal in guiding students. Hence, parent-teacher meetings are conducted after every term; and parents are encouraged to meet the Principal at least once every 15 days to assess their ward’s performance.

TECHNOLOGY

NEW ERA sends the reports through online ie., weekend marks, attendance, progress reports etc., Parents can view their wards performance anywhere and at anytime in our website:www.newerajrcollege.org

Bio-Metric Attendnace

With this IN and OUT timings of the students will be sent through SMS to the parents everday.

ENCLOSURE

At the time of admission, student must submit original TC, Memorandum of marks, 2 black and white, 3 colour passport size photographs and 2 set Xerox copies of certificates along with the application form without fail.

EXAMINATIONS

Examinations will be conducted time to time to know the performance of the student

IPE Weekend Exam for Integrated students will be conducted on every Saturday from 8:30 AM to 11: 30AM.
IPE Weekend Exam for Regular, MEC&CEC students will be conduced on every Monday from 8:30 AM To 11:30 AM
AIEEE &EAMCET Weekend Test will be on every Monday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Language Test will be on every Thursday. For Integrated from 4:00 PM to 5:10 PM. for Regular, MEC and CEC from 1:30PM TO 2:30PM .
Quarterly examination will be in the month of September 1st week
Half-Yearly examination will be in the month of December 1st week.
2 Pre-Finals will be conducted in Is* week & 4* week of February.

REPORT CARD

Students weekend marks will be messaged every week.
Students report card will be sent home once in a month.
A copy of report will be handed over to the student.
Parents can view their wards report on our website "newerajrcollege.org"

REVISION

Intermediate syllabus revision for Integrated commence from 3rd week of January and for Regular, MEC and CEC from 1st week of January till 1st week of February.

COUNSELLING

For Integrated 4PM to 6 PM everyday
For Regular 2PM to 4 PM everyday
For MEC and CEC 1:30 PM to 3 PM everyday

Students will be counselled every week after the weekend results personally for the better performance in coming weekend exams.

DOUBTS CLARIFICATION

Students can get their doubts clarified from 4 PM to 6 PM everyday except on Monday and Saturday.

For Regular, MEC and CEC students doubts clarification Timings are from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM everyday except on Monday

Note:

Extra classes for slow learners between 4PM & 6 PM [Integrated] and 1.30 PM & 3.30 PM

[Regular, MEC and CEC] everyday to improve their standards, similarly meritorious students will be encouraged to reach higher standards.

DURATION

Each class is for 50 minutes and 10 minutes break will be given after every 2 classes.

LUNCH HOUR : 12:50 PM to 1:20 PM

Students must carry their lunch boxes.
No student is allowed to leave the college premises during lunch hour.
Parents can drop their ward's lunch boxes by writing their name on the box and can hand over in the office.

ABSENTISM

In case of student's absence to college parents should inform to the college or must send a leave letter with the students on the next working day.

Student's absence will be informed to the parents on phone or the management may send a message to the number given for communication purpose.
