PARENTS MEETING
Parents meeting will be conducted 3 times in a year i.e. before Quarterly before Half-yearly and before Pre-finals.

Parents are humbly requested to meet the college management on any working day between 4.00 PM & 6.00 PM atleast once in a month.
PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
Personality development classes will be conducted by eminent scholars like Dr.B.V.Pattabhi Ram garu Yandamoori Veerendranath garu and others for the overall development of the student.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
- Students have to carry the identity card to college everyday and must reach the college at least before 5 minutes of the scheduled college timing.
- Student should be regular to the classes and the tests conducted by the College.
- Student has to maintain an attendance of 90%.
- In case of absence for one day students have to bring a leave letter duly signed by the parent, the next day.
- In case of absence for more than two days, parent has to accompany the ward to college to inform the authorities.
- Students are not allowed to carry cell phones/walkman etc., during college hours. Any student found violating this rule is liable to be fined or suspended.
- Every student has to come to college decently dressed.
- Printed, collarless T-shirts are not allowed.
- Any sort of indiscipline will be seriously dealt with and admission is liable to be cancelled.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded.
- Fee concessions apply only for first year. Concession in second year depends upon first year marks.
- If any student wants to leave before the college hours, he/she should take the permission of the Principal as well as parents.
- In case a student is absent continuously for a week days, without intimation, college has the right to cancel his/her admission.
- Hall tickets will be issued only after the clearance of entire college fee.
